Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital products and services, we do not offer cash refunds under any circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Unused time on active subscriptions
- Dissatisfaction with features or performance
- Accidental purchases
At our sole discretion, we may issue non-refundable service credits. These credits can be applied to future invoices or services within our platform. All credit decisions are final and not subject to dispute.
Software Incompatibility or Non-Functionality
If our downloadable software cannot be installed, run, or is incompatible with your system:
- We will cancel the license key or serial number associated with the software.
- You will be transferred to our online SaaS platform (https://www.whimsywavesart.com) at no additional charge, for the remaining duration of your license or subscription.
This guarantees continued access to our services and tools.
Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:
- Access will continue until the end of your current billing cycle.
- No refunds (full or partial) will be issued for any remaining days or weeks.
To avoid future billing, please cancel at least 24 hours before your next renewal date.

- Deny service credits or transfers if abuse or fraud is suspected
